Keerat is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over seven years of experience in the
social service sector. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals in various roles,
giving her a broad understanding of mental health from diverse cultural, social, and systemic
perspectives. These experiences have shaped the way she practices today, allowing her to see
each person not only as an individual but also within the context of their lived experiences,
relationships, communities, and the systems they navigate.
She works with adults (18+) experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief,
relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. Keerat has a particular interest in supporting
newcomers, immigrants, and individuals navigating cultural transitions or systemic barriers. She
understands how these experiences can influence mental health, identity, self-esteem, and a sense
of belonging, and she strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen,
heard, and understood.
Keerat’s approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. She believes that every client is the
expert in their own life and values building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust,
authenticity, and respect. Drawing from evidence-based and experiential approaches, she tailors
therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals, meeting them where they are while supporting
meaningful growth and lasting change.

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of your next step. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
I believe that therapy begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust,
compassion, and collaboration. Every person’s story is unique, which is why I tailor therapy
to your individual experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, build practical coping strategies, and work toward creating lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and have provided psychotherapy to adults experiencing
anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, trauma-related concerns, and cultural adjustment and identity issues.
My approach to therapy is person-centred and integrative, drawing from evidence-based
modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness-
based interventions, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop meaningful goals while creating a space where they feel safe,
respected, and genuinely supported throughout the therapeutic process.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring
nature, cooking, and trying new foods. I value balance, curiosity, and lifelong learning, and I
bring those same qualities into my work with every client.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, processing past experiences, or simply
looking to better understand yourself, I would be honoured to support you on your journey
toward healing and growth.

Life can be overwhelming. Sometimes people find themselves carrying anxiety, painful
experiences, or relationship patterns that no longer serve them, wondering why they keep
feeling stuck despite their best efforts. John believes therapy offers an opportunity to slow down,
make sense of these experiences, and understand the deeper patterns that have shaped them.
His hope is to create a warm, genuine relationship where clients feel seen, understood, and
supported as they move toward healing.
John’s approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic
relationships. With compassion and curiosity, he helps clients explore how their life story, early
relationships, and protective patterns continue to influence the present. Together, they work to
develop greater self-understanding, emotional steadiness, and more secure ways of relating to
themselves and others.
John is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and holds a Master of Arts in Spirituality and Counselling from Saint
Paul University. He works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship
difficulties, overwhelming thoughts or behaviours, self-worth struggles, and the lasting impact of
difficult life experiences. His work is primarily informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS),
attachment theory, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, helping clients understand how early
relationships, protective patterns, and different parts of themselves continue to shape their
present lives. He also integrates strengths-based and motivational approaches to support
meaningful, lasting change.
With a background in spirituality and formal training in spiritually integrated psychotherapy, John thoughtfully incorporates spiritual themes into therapy when they are
meaningful to the client. Whether exploring questions of meaning, identity, faith, or spiritual
struggle, his approach is always client-led and respectful. His goal is to help clients integrate
their emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being in a way that feels authentic, grounded,
and aligned with their values.
Outside of the therapy room, John values spending time being outdoors, staying active
through running, and finding opportunities to slow down and reconnect with what matters most.
He believes those same moments of connection, reflection, and intentional living are often an
important part of healing.
