Transformation Counselling offers counselling, psychotherapy, and psychology services for individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. Appointments are available in person at our downtown Ottawa office or online from the comfort and privacy of your home.

The Fairmont Château Laurier is located at the intersection of Rideau Street and Mackenzie Avenue, beside the Rideau Canal and across from Parliament Hill.
Entering the Building
Please enter through the main entrance of the Fairmont Château Laurier. Once inside, proceed to the elevators and take them to the 7th floor. Follow the building directory or posted signage for Transformation Counselling. Hotel staff can direct you to the elevators if you require assistance.
We recommend arriving approximately 10 to 15 minutes before your first appointment to allow time for parking and finding the office.
Parking Options
Fairmont Château Laurier Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at the building for $25. Please allow additional time to drop off and retrieve your vehicle, particularly during busy periods.
CF Rideau Centre Parking – 50 Rideau Street
The CF Rideau Centre has underground parking and is located directly across Rideau Street from the Fairmont Château Laurier. This is one of the closest self-parking options.
National Arts Centre Parking Garage – 1 Elgin Street
The National Arts Centre offers secure underground parking within walking distance of the office. The garage is accessible from Elgin Street and is open for daytime and evening parking.
ByWard Market Garage – 70 Clarence Street
The City of Ottawa’s ByWard Market Garage is open 24 hours a day and is a short walk from the Fairmont Château Laurier. Please note that daytime parking may be subject to a three-hour limit, making this option more appropriate for standard therapy appointments than longer assessments.
Limited paid street parking may also be available throughout the surrounding downtown area. Please carefully review all posted rates, restrictions, and maximum parking times. Parking availability and third-party garage rates are subject to change.
Arriving by Public Transit
The office is conveniently located near Rideau O-Train Station, which is served by Line 1. Station entrances are available on Rideau Street and through the nearby CF Rideau Centre. After exiting the station, walk west along Rideau Street toward the Fairmont Château Laurier.
