We all go through difficult experiences that can make life feel overwhelming, whether that looks like the complexities of relationships, anxiety that won’t quiet down, or trying to make sense of experiences that have left their mark on you. Sena offers a space to slow down, look inward, and do that work together.

Sena is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to her sessions. She works with clients navigating anxiety disorders, depression, emotion regulation challenges, sleep issues, relationship and attachment concerns, and relational trauma.

She believes the therapeutic relationship is not just part of the healing process. It is the heart of it. Sena is both relationally and process-oriented, meaning she pays close attention to what unfolds between you in the room, supporting you in exploring emotions, patterns, and experiences as they emerge, moment to moment.

Her practice is rooted in Gestalt Therapy, which centres presence, authenticity, and the here-and-now, noticing thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations as they arise and exploring them together. She also draws on Person-Centred Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other somatic-based approaches, tailoring the work to what fits you best.

Outside of the therapy room, Sena can be found running trails, behind a camera lens in nature, or making collages and paintings.

As a young person, Wallace Earle experienced the positive effects and the value of accessing counselling services. Therapy gave him the tools to navigate the effects of a difficult childhood. His experience inspired him to help others and influenced his post-secondary education path. This desire was further cemented after sustaining a spinal cord injury during his second year of university (t6 complete paraplegic). If not for the power of peer connections and the help of a great social worker, he doesn’t believe he would be where he is today.

Wallace has worked as a social worker in different capacities, working with individuals who have neurological disabilities (mild traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and stroke), and those who have experienced trauma. He is currently providing virtual therapy on a part-time basis, maintaining his focus on supporting the disability community. He draws from multiple modes of therapy as appropriate, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Narrative Therapy.

Wallace earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brock University and Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).

Sometimes life can feel like it’s in black and white, where color feels distant or even scary. Natalia believes healing doesn’t always mean finding bright colors right away, it can begin by exploring the shades of gray. Together, you will identify which colors feel most meaningful to bring back into your life. Maybe your life is already full of color, but you feel disconnected from it. Natalia will work alongside you to create a new picture—one that embraces the colors already present while making room for new hues that feel more authentic to who you are.

As a queer Colombian immigrant who grew up in North Philadelphia, Natalia’s lived experience across multiple identities has shaped her compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to therapy. She believes in meeting each client with radically authentic curiosity rather than assumptions creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Natalia sees her clients as the drivers of their own journey, while she serves as a passenger who is also eager to reach the destination, offering perspective, and support while honoring each person’s autonomy and expertise in their own life.

Natalia is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Social Work from La Salle University in Philadelphia.

Natalia brings over eight years of experience working with adults across a variety of settings, including community mental health, community outreach, criminal justice, and private practice. She has experience supporting individuals navigating adverse childhood experiences, intergenerational and migration trauma, complex trauma, relationship challenges, body image, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with LGBTQIA+ communities, newcomers, women, youth, and individuals experiencing substance use concerns. Her professional experience includes individual therapy, group counselling, and community organizing.

Natalia practices from an integrative, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive framework. She incorporates evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and the Unified Protocol for the Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders.

Outside of the therapy room, Natalia enjoys collecting moments of joy throughout the week. You can often find her tending to her ever-evolving plant collection, getting in her daily steps, collecting memes to send to friends and family across the places she calls home, and spending time with her cat, Pepe.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, immigration and cultural adjustment, recovering from the psychological impact of a motor vehicle accident (MVA), or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I believe therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.

My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I believe every person has unique strengths, even during life’s most difficult moments. Together, we can work to better understand the challenges you’re facing, develop practical coping strategies, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Alongside my clinical work, I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns within both hospital and community settings. I also support individuals navigating the emotional challenges associated with immigration and acculturation, as well as those coping with the psychological effects of motor vehicle accidents (MVA), including trauma, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, and stress-related concerns. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for each person’s resilience and the importance of individualized, client-centered care. I provide therapy in ENGLISH, HINDI, and GUJARATI, ensuring clients can communicate in the language they feel most comfortable using. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Rather than believing there is one approach that works for everyone, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and pace so that our work together feels meaningful, collaborative, and relevant to your unique experiences.

Above all, I strive to build an authentic therapeutic relationship founded on empathy, trust, curiosity, and respect. I believe healing begins when people feel genuinely seen and supported, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and continually expanding my knowledge through professional development and lifelong learning.
