# Transformation Counselling’s Kitchener Location
Transformation Counselling’s Kitchener counselling and psychology clinic is conveniently located inside CollabHive at:

Our clinic is situated on the third floor of CollabHive in downtown Kitchener’s Innovation District. This central location makes in-person counselling, couples therapy and psychological assessments easily accessible for clients throughout Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and the surrounding communities.
## Arriving for Your Appointment
When you enter the building, please take the elevator to the third floor and proceed into the CollabHive lobby. You do not need to search for your therapist’s office or knock on any doors.
Simply take a seat in the CollabHive lobby or waiting area. At the time of your appointment, your therapist or psychologist will come out to greet you and bring you into the private office where your session will take place.
While you wait, please let us know if you would like a complimentary coffee, latte or tea. We would be happy to get one for you so that you can settle in and feel comfortable before your appointment begins.
## Free Parking Instructions
Free parking is available for Transformation Counselling clients in the parking lot located behind the building.
When you arrive:
1. Drive to the parking lot behind 72 Victoria Street South.
2. Use the buzzer at the parking entrance.
3. Let the attendant know that you are visiting **CollabHive**.
4. Once you have been let in, park in the lot and enter the building.
5. Take the elevator to the third floor and wait in the CollabHive lobby.
Please allow yourself a few extra minutes before your first appointment so that you have enough time to park, enter the building and find the third-floor lobby without feeling rushed.
## Getting Here by Public Transit
Our Kitchener therapy clinic is conveniently located near several public transportation options.
The Central Station ION light-rail stop at King Street and Victoria Street is approximately a six-minute walk from the building. The ION provides convenient connections to downtown Kitchener, Uptown Waterloo, Grand River Hospital, Wilfrid Laurier University, the University of Waterloo and other communities along the light-rail corridor.
Kitchener GO and VIA Rail Station is approximately a ten-minute walk away. This makes our office accessible for clients travelling from Guelph, Toronto, London and other communities served by GO Transit and VIA Rail.
Several Grand River Transit bus routes also travel through the surrounding downtown Kitchener area. Because schedules and routes can change, we recommend using the GRT trip planner before leaving for your appointment.
