### Cambridge Location – In-Person and Online Services
Transformation Counselling offers counselling, psychotherapy, and psychology services for individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. Appointments are available in person at our downtown Cambridge office or online from the comfort and privacy of your home.
Our Cambridge office is located in the **Cambridge Place building** at:

### Entering the Building
The office is located on the **third floor in Suite 300**. You may enter the building from either the **Water Street North entrance** or the entrance beside the elevated parking area on **Ainslie Street North**. Take the elevator to the third floor and follow the directory or posted signage to Suite 300.
Please note that some signs in and around the building may still display **Sherry Maxwell & Associates** rather than Transformation Counselling while our signage is being updated.
For appointments outside regular building hours, the exterior doors may be locked. Please review your appointment reminder for any building-access instructions.
We recommend arriving approximately **10 to 15 minutes before your first appointment** to allow enough time to park and find the office.
### Parking Options
**Parking at 73 Water Street North**
Parking is available around the Cambridge Place building, including near the Ainslie Street entrance. Please carefully follow all posted signs, time limits, payment or registration instructions, as the parking areas are monitored.
**Water Street North Lot – 70 Water Street North**
This municipal parking lot is located directly across from the building and is one of the closest alternative parking options. Please check the signs and parking meter for the current rate and maximum parking time.
**Park Hill Road Lot – 22 Park Hill Road**
This municipal lot is located a short walk from the office and can be accessed from Hobson Street. It may be a convenient option for longer appointments, subject to the posted restrictions.
**Queen’s Square Lot – 1 North Square**
Free, time-limited municipal parking may be available at Queen’s Square, with access from Grand Avenue North and George Street North. This lot is within walking distance of the office.
Limited on-street parking is also available throughout downtown Galt. The City generally provides free, time-limited parking in its core areas, but restrictions vary by street and lot. Please review all posted signs carefully to avoid receiving a parking ticket.
### Arriving by Public Transit
The office is located near the **Ainslie Street Transit Terminal**, which is served by several Grand River Transit routes. From the terminal, walk north along Ainslie Street toward Park Hill Road and use the Ainslie Street entrance to the Cambridge Place building.
